Questions
Anything missing? solutions@ademero.com
- Does anything post without me seeing it?
- No. A bill reaches QuickBooks Online for you to approve — AP Central does the reading, the matching and the coding, and you do the approving. Receipts route to whoever signs them off.
- What happens when it is not sure?
- A field it cannot read confidently, or a vendor it cannot match, is flagged for a person rather than guessed at. The original document stays attached either way, so there is always something to check against.
- How do invoices get in?
- Forward them, or point AP Central at the mailbox your vendors already send to. It picks up attachments and bills written into the message body, PDFs and scans alike.
- What does a page mean on my bill?
- Pages, not invoices — a two-page invoice uses two. Plans start at $95 a month for 2,000 pages, and if you need more on a plan you buy them at that plan's own rate. $0.30 a page is the no-commitment rate, for running without a plan at all.
- Which accounting system does it write to?
- QuickBooks Online. Bills and expenses are written directly against your own vendors and chart of accounts — not exported as a file for you to import.
- How long does setting it up take?
- Connect your QuickBooks Online company, then forward a bill. No install, and no implementation project.

- What if I go over my plan?
- You buy more pages at that plan's own rate — $0.048 a page on 2k, $0.045 on 10k, $0.039 on 50k. Not at the pay-as-you-go rate.
- What is pay as you go for, then?
- Running with no plan behind you at all. That rate is $0.30 a page.
- Is there an annual option?
- Yes — 100,000 pages for $4,500 a year, 500,000 for $19,500, and a million for $38,000.
